Monserrate hill and church: 

This hill is 3.150 meters / 10.335 feet above sea level and it has become an iconic spot in Bogotá. You can go up to the top either by Funicular or by Cable car. From the top of the hill, you can see the wonderful Sanctuary of “El señor caido de Monserrate,“ special sculpture where believers find peace and reconciliation. The guide will give you an explanation about the monastery and you will have the time to appreciate both the attractions and the amazing views of all the city. Note: Due to the high number of visitors, on Sundays the tour goes to Guadalupe Hill instead of Monserrate.

The Historical center of Bogotá: La Candelaria.

La Candelaria is Bogotá’s most beautiful historic district. It is home to Bogotá’s most popular museums and attractions. Some of the most famous attractions are: Botero Museum, The Gold Museum, Plaza de Bolívar, Casa de la Moneda/Numismatic Museum, Teatro Colón, Luis Ángel Arango Library, Gabriel Garcia Marquez Cultural Center, and many more.

Bolivar Square:

Plaza de Bolívar has been at the center of Colombia’s history for centuries. Important attractions are located in this are: The national capitol, Bogota Mayor Office, the religious street and the Colombian Court House. The guide will explain you some of the most important political topics and Colombian stories related to the development of Colombia, the military and social situation.

World’s biggest Gold Museum: 

Museo del Oro Offers a varied exposition of different types of Pre-columbian pieces of Colombia not only made by gold also in other materials such as silver, copper, emeralds, wood and ceramics. It offers information about the indigenous groups and the meaning of the pieces for them.

The museum has a permanent exposition of more than 35.000 pieces which is considerate as one of the biggest and valuable expositions in the world. (On Mondays this museum is closed so we could change it for Emerald museum or La Quinta house “Simon Bolivar house in Bogota” or more time of our guided tour visiting the main highlights of our Itinerary – the options are up to you and may be subject to changes, depending on the circumstances out of our control).

International center:

The most important financial centers of Colombias are located here, and is also an important historic place. Some of the oldest structures still remain, like Santa Maria Bullfighting Arena and the National Museum.

Teusaquillo – park way: 

This area is unique in America, and is known as the biggest “Tudor” architecture-style area from 1.900’s to 1.930’s. 

Visit a small coffee factory: 

Here you will learn and see the roasting process of the Colombian coffee which is commonly made in Bogotá as the biggest city near the international airport. Here different qualities of Colombian coffee will be explained. You will be able to touch, taste and smell the finest coffee in the world from a local style. (The visit to this attraction could be restricted by the manangment and its own schedules)

Zona Rosa:

The most famous area in Bogotá for parties and food. Best place to go shopping, eating and “Rumbear” (Go partying).
